Arrive Early
Arrive at least 5 minutes prior to start time to allow for check-in and for us to show you the room before your sessions starts.
We cannot guarantee you or your guests will be able to complete your karaoke session if you or any guest in your group is late.
In the unforeseen circumstance that Wave Bowl’s Karaoke Room encounters technical issues, your start time may run later than the above confirmed start time.
Guests will not be permitted into Wave Bowl if they are intoxicated. We will not provide refunds for people who have booked the room and are refused entry due to intoxication.
Cancellations
Sorry, no refunds will be given for a change of mind. This includes partial or full refunds.
If you need to change your booking, you can do so by calling our team at least 24 hours prior to the booking, and it is subject to availability and price. You will not incur additional charges for the changed booking.
Minors
Under 18s are welcome in Wave Bowl’s Karaoke Room, however they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Food & Drink
We have your sorted with our full kitchen to take care of all of you. Please note that no outside food or drinks are allowed in Wave Bowl.
Under 18 years are not permitted to have food or drink inside the karaoke room.
Other
We accept no responsibility for any personal property that is brought to Wave Bowl.
The host will be required to sign an agreement to acknowledge understanding of the Wave Bowl Karaoke Terms and Conditions.
A fee will be charged to the host for unreasonable* damage or mess caused by any guests of your booking. Karaoke guests will be asked to leave the room and/or premises due to any of the following:
- intoxication
- indecent behaviour
- causing damage to the room or contents
- displays of aggression towards other patrons and/or staff
