Karaoke Room Hire Terms and Conditions:

The host will be required to sign an agreement to acknowledge understanding of the Wave Bowl Karaoke Terms and Conditions.

  • Online bookings can be made with no less than 48 hours notice
  • If you require a booking in less than 48 hours, please give us a call on 02 6583 2238
  • Off-peak rates are for bookings made for Monday-Thursday
  • Peak rates are for bookings made for Friday to Sunday
  • Bookings are made in 1 hour time slots, with a 15 minute buffer between bookings for cleaning
  • You are required to be on time for your booking, no additional time past your allocated time slot will be given if you are late
  • Additional time may be requested on the day of your booking. If we have no expected parties booked you may be able to purchase the following time slot
  • When pairing with a bowling package please ensure you do not book each activity at the same time slot
  • Please check each activity time slot is available before booking one or the other
  • Participants must be 10 years or over
  • Participants 15 years and under must have a supervising adult present at all times
  • Food and drinks are not permitted in the room for participants 15 years and under (water is permitted away from the electricals)
  • Outside food is not to be brought in to Wave Bowl, we have a brand new kitchen and menu available for you
  • Platters can be pre-purchased with your booking. We can not guarantee that any other food purchased on the day of your booking will arrive during your allocated time slot 
  • Alcohol is available for purchase for guests 18 years and over
  • A fee will be charged to the host for unreasonable* damage or mess caused by any participants of your booking
  • Participants will be asked to leave the room and/or premises due to any of the following:
    • intoxication
    • indecent behaviour
    • causing damage to the room or contents
    • displays of aggression towards other patrons and/or staff
