WELCOME FROM THE OWNERS

We pride ourselves on offering an all-round, family entertainment experience. We receive visits from everyone, especially kids, so please behave safely, and appropriately, and considerately at all times.

COVID-19 RULES

We keep everyone safe by operating in line with the current government mandated restrictions.

In the light of the current COVID-19 situation, by entering our entertainment facility (and all members of your group) you agree to always abide by the NSW Government guidelines. As at 15 December 2021, it remains a requirement that customers and team members use the QR-Code to check-in.

Anyone considered to be intimidating or aggressive to our customers or team members COVID requirements) will be asked to leave immediately and will be refused future admission.

OVER 18’S AFTER 9PM ON THE TERRACE

No minors are permitted on The Terrace after 9pm.

DOGS ON LEASH

It is important to respect everyone’s space while dining out. Dogs on a leash are permitted at The Terrace until 5pm and to respect everyone’s space; please do not interact with other diners and keep your dog away from other dogs.

Be sure to keep a hold of your dog’s leash so everyone is safe and happy when dining out.

Please also clean up after your dogs and bring your own bags.

RSA AND LICENSED VENUE

Those patrons purchasing alcohol and/or acting as a responsible adult will need to have a valid form of ID. We accept driver or rider licences and permits issued within Australia or any foreign country, Australian and International passports, NSW photo cards, proof of age cards and Keypass identity cards.

We are serving liquor in a responsible manner and are compliant with the NSW Liquor Laws.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK

You’ll love the food and drink we have on offer. So please do not bring food or drink in from elsewhere.

DESIGNATED SMOKING AREAS FOR CIGARETTES AND E-CIGARETTES

Please comply with our smoking policy of using the designated smoking area at the front entrance or at the rear entrance of The Terrace.

EARLY CHECK-IN

Have an early check-in leaving plenty of time (at least 15 mins) to allow for collection of bowling shoes, checking in and preparing for bowling.

DOWN ON THE LANES RULES

  • Do not step over or proceed past the foul line at any time (it’s a red line and we also have a buzzer on the lanes that will sound if you over-step).
  • Do not bowl more than one ball down the lane at any time or repeatedly overstep the foul lines.
  • Bowling shoes must be worn when bowling and strictly NOT to be worn outside.
  • For your safety, please do not place your hands inside the ball return.
  • Help us out by reporting lane or scoring faults to our team.
  • The Management of our centre always reserves the right to refuse admission at our absolute discretion at any time.
