Have an ultimate Christmas party with us

With Christmas just around the corner, we are seeing more and more festivities exciting our communities and tempting our workplaces.
If you haven’t started planning your work Christmas party then you had better get a move on. There are many benefits of hosting a party including boosting staff morale, building goodwill and saying a big “thank you” for their year of hard work and effort.

Here’s what Wave Bowl can offer you…

Wave Bowl Ultimate Christmas Packages are now live. Three levels of fun to suit all budgets; basic, premium and ultimate. Bowl them over with some good ‘ol healthy competition between coworkers. Add more fun to your night out by tacking on a karaoke session or a 2 hour drinks package. Don’t worry we have you Christmas fiends covered with an array of karaoke tunes to get you in the holiday spirit (I am sure we all know someone that likes to sing ‘Mariah Carey – All I want for Christmas’) and for the rest of you we have an array of beverages available to help you laugh with (or at) your Chrissy Crusaders. There’s plenty of space for you to cruise between the lanes, the karaoke room and the bar so rest assured whether your group is big or small, we can cater for you.

At the end of the day, the annual Christmas party is about thanking employees for all that they do to make your business successful. Take a few minutes out of the evening and simply say thank you from the bottom of your heart. Give a brief recap of the year and remind them of all the great things they did to make your business the success that it is!

October Holiday Madness

WOW! What an incredible school holidays we have just had. Thank you to our league bowlers, our regulars and our visitors for making it great.

In case you missed it, here is a bit of a run down.

First off the bat was a visit from our very own MP for Port Macquarie, Leslie Williams. Leslie has been visiting small businesses around the region in celebration of Small Business October, she had also not been in to Wave Bowl since our renovations so it was lovely to show her around the new areas. Thank you Leslie for a very punny write up on your page.

Last week saw our first live gig. The return of the Folk Club Volume One – Open Mic Night and Acoustic Showcase, organised and hosted wonderfully by Mark Spence from Royal Chant – give them a like on social media guys (They also have a new album coming out on Oct 18th called “Minor Crush”). This brought a lot of new faces in to Wave Bowl, a few getting in that long awaited game on the lanes while listening to the smooth sounds of the open mic lads and ladies. The Wave Bowl kitchen and bar were kept busy pumping out tasty dishes to the masses and hydrating the Wave Bowl newbies. The night ended strong with Palomino taking us out. A great first and hopefully not last of the live music scene for Wave Bowl. Watch this space…

This past weekend, Wave Bowl hosted the Mid North Coast Special Olympics which saw well over a hundred competitors and their families grace us with their skills. Congratulations to everyone who placed in the singles on Saturday and the doubles on Sunday and a very well done to all who got involved and competed! NBN News gave a little coverage on the event, check it out here. It was so great to see everyone. Good luck for your next tournaments around the Mid North Coast.

We were happy to see all of the families coming in to enjoy a game on the lanes together. A few familiar faces kept popping in and we were happy to be tagged in all of your fun. Our karaoke room even got a bit of a workout this holidays.

If you didn’t make it in this school holidays, don’t worry… we’ve got you covered. Our weekly specials will continue on! Monday through to Sunday we have specials on each afternoon/evening, follow us on Facebook or Instagram to ensure you know which deals are on.
